so Josh, would you like to introduce yourself and talk a little bit about Ignite? Yeah, so my name is Joshua. I'm director of Ignite Mechanical Electrical Solutions. We are an M&E based company in Cornwall, which cover plumbing, heating, electrical, and all aspects of removal.
Okay, perfect. And how long have we been working together so far? We have been working together since the start of the year. Okay. Yeah, no, fair enough. And what part of the service that we provided has been the most valuable to you guys? I would say the client pool. Yeah. Okay.
It's been, what about it sticks out? It's just simple to use, easy navigation. You can see where everything is. Okay, perfect. And have you worked with any other lead providers in the past or anything like that? Like any third party agencies? Not really. No. Okay. No, no worries at all. And what's the sort of average deal size that we've been bringing you so far?
So we've been looking at the sort of like commercial size, so sort of anything from 10 to up to 50 kilowatt really. Okay, perfect. And what was the, I think we started off with a smaller batch, didn't we? Yeah, and we've four or five, yeah. Yeah. Four or five so far. And what's the sort of communication and customer service been like with our team?
Yeah, very straightforward. Easy. Like I said, it is same as the client portal really. It's been. The solid information up front. First of all, the booking system's been well, well done. Clear. Yeah, no, no problems with that at all. Okay, perfect. And what's your experience been like with the actual customers on site that we've put you in front of?
Yeah. Yeah, it's been good. So we haven't had, there's been no, no time wasted really. So they've all been genuine leads with people actively looking for the installation. Okay. That's great to hear. And do you think like a performance based approach where, we only charge you for attended SAT meetings with genuine customers is like a scalable approach for a business like yours?
Yeah. Yeah, I would say so, yeah. Okay, brilliant. And then one last question then would you recommend us to other solar companies who are looking to get onto more sites and potentially grow their installation business? Yeah, I would. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, I appreciate that a lot.

Who Ignite Mechanical are
Ignite Mechanical Electrical Solutions is an M&E company in Cornwall covering plumbing, heating, electrical and all aspects of renewable energy.
The situation
Ignite had not really used lead providers or third-party agencies before. It started with TNW on a smaller batch to see how the leads performed.
What TNW delivered
Joshua singles out the client portal as the most valuable part of the service: simple to use, with easy navigation so he can see where everything is. The booking system gives clear, solid information up front.
On site, he says there has been no time wasted. The customers have been genuine, actively looking for an installation, and the deals sit in the 10 to 50kW commercial range. He would recommend TNW to other solar companies looking to grow.
The model behind it is the same for every installer: TNW finds and qualifies the business, books the meeting into your diary and you pay per qualified, attended appointment, not per raw enquiry or a monthly retainer. Read how pay per appointment commercial solar leads work, or see the checks behind each booking in how to qualify commercial solar leads.
