All right, brilliant. So Ian, would you like to introduce yourself and to talk a little bit about Sol PV?
Yeah, my name is Ian Utley. I'm for I work for Sol PV Group. I'm in their sales department. I head their sales department. I've been with them now for but to be more successful, we've teamed up with TNW to to push that forward. We are a big company.
We do do solar farms with just South Wales. We put solar on [customer names] various other big companies. We've just signed a a huge deal with [a customer]. So we are reliable trustworthy and very straightforward in what we do.
Brilliant. And how long have you been working with us so far? We've been with yourselves for just over a month now. Six weeks, six to eight weeks. And it's been it's been very easy, very easy to deal with to be honest. We we very straightforward in what we want and what we're looking for. You guys have come back with good leads for us and it's been Yeah, it's been eye opening what what is out there that we we've been missing.
Yeah, brilliant. I appreciate that. And what what about the service do you think has been the most valuable to you do you think?
First thing on the service level is is just that the service level the contact we have with you guys is daily. You up you you message me. And that level is when you when you're trying to raise leads and you're coming in with different ideas that's brilliant to get back.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's something that we're really trying to push as well. We're trying to be on the ball. You know, if you ever need us, you can get a hold of us instantly.
You know, I'll always be on the phone. Abdul will always be on the phone as well. So you can always get a hold of us. And have you worked with other
Even though I keep saying I don't work Fridays, he's always ringing me on a Friday and I've got chasing me granddaughter around to play gym on all fours and Abd's ringing around the phone. But I don't mind. I don't moves it forward.
Just trying to get some leads over to yourself.
yeah. Yeah. Just can you do this one next week? I don't know. I've done I'm just going down a slide at the moment. You know, it's
Have you have you worked with any other lead generation?
I have. I have in the past. Not not with Sol PV. I have in the past. And to be honest I've worked in in very short terms with other sales generating teams. It's literally been weeks and said, "This isn't working.
You're not listening to me. You're not, you know, you're not pushing what I want." And that experience has been completely different with TNW.
I appreciate that a lot. What's the sort of average deal size that we're bringing to you guys at the moment in terms of the
Yeah, the one the average I would say is 30 to 40 kilowatts. Now you do keep pushing in the odd one which is a lot bigger which is what we like. And and obviously that balance works really well for us. We get a lot of big jobs anyway so the little ones we can slot in in between. So I think that balance for continuing to work. Yeah, it's it's just a nice straightforward relationship. I think it's good.
Yeah. Brilliant. And what's the sort of volume of leads would you say that we're bringing you at the moment?
I think I've got I've got five appointments this week or deck on my four days weeks. Four days. We got five this week and I'm more deal or I think five next week. Already booked in. So that
we're keeping you cool then. We're keeping
busy. Absolutely keeping me busy and I like that. I would much rather be out seeing clients than I would sat in the office anyway. So it works for me. Yeah.
Brilliant. And in regards to our performance-based approach, do you think that it's scalable for for a company like yours?
I do. I do because we wouldn't generate this amount of leads ourselves on a self-generating scheme. We wouldn't and we wouldn't generate the quality that you're giving us as well. So, I think I'm looking at this being a long-term
really long-term effort together.
I'm hoping that as things grow and and if people your leads come back to us for bigger systems, for sure. Yeah, we're very straightforward in what we do. We want things to grow and grow together. So, that's what we're going to do.
Yeah. No, I appreciate that. And we we feel the exact same way. One sort of final question. Would you recommend any other companies in your area to use us for for our services?
Not in our area. No. No. I won't tell them about you. I've got to be honest. If I mean we do have contact with people you know in Cumbria in London in the south southeast we we have a lot of contacts and a lot of lot of people and yes I would absolutely recommend it to them in my area. I want to keep it best kept secret to be honest.

Who Sol PV Group are
Sol PV Group is a large solar company. Ian, who heads its sales department, says it builds solar farms in South Wales, has installed solar for large retail and commercial clients, and had just signed a large deal with Amazon.
The situation
Ian had worked briefly with other sales generation teams in the past and ended them within weeks because they were not listening to what he wanted. Sol PV wanted more commercial opportunities than it could generate itself.
What TNW delivered
Within six to eight weeks Ian says TNW had shown the business how much was out there that it had been missing. Contact with the TNW team is daily, and the account manager keeps lining up new leads.
At the time of the interview he had five appointments in a four-day week and five more booked for the following week. Most jobs are around 30 to 40kW with the occasional much larger one, a balance that works because the smaller jobs slot in between Sol PV's big projects. He says the business would not generate this volume or quality of leads on its own.
The model behind it is the same for every installer: TNW finds and qualifies the business, books the meeting into your diary and you pay per qualified, attended appointment, not per raw enquiry or a monthly retainer. Read how pay per appointment commercial solar leads work, or see the checks behind each booking in how to qualify commercial solar leads.
