all right so jabir would you like to introduce yourself and talk a little bit about Bgreenn sure my name is jabri Soler I have an ironic surname for the industry I'm involving I work in the renewable sector I've been doing this since 2008 2009 we have a customer client base ranging from your normal domestic homes all the way to utility scale with companies spending 510 million pound and and I know how difficult it is to obviously capture these clients but I think TNW are doing a brilliant job brilliant job for us brilliant and how long have we
been working together now think TNW I've been we started conversations quite a while ago obviously I'm very busy we have our own marketing team as well at first I had some concerns do I need to go Outsource do I need to get marketing but I tell you what Daniel and Roman fantastic guys they never give up what that showed me what that showed me was if they can fight for my business well they'll get me more business elsewhere and we've been working you know formerly now for the past few months brilliant service you know and I love it because they they know exactly
what I need it's not just about a name and an address I can get that from I don't know LinkedIn or whever I want to get it from but they give me the relevant information they they understood me they spoke to my team members he he spoke to my marketing my admin team you know they put the time in to understand what is it that will help us with our internal process so you know a big up to TNW really yeah no I appreciate that a lot and what would you say the sort of lead flow is week to week at a minute oh
amazing you know we get excited my team get excited when we here TNW because we I mean don't get me wrong we do work with other people not in a similar way but in a different way I have a whole network I have agents I have people on the road but with the other people there's always something missing it could be something simple like an email address or who they are or where is the building when get an email from you I don't think i' have to ask you guys a question it's just and then what I also love about you guys as well you
book my appointments you book the meetings it's so easy and I don't need to worry about or do I need to check this because I can go on our on CRM system all the information's there in a nice format and you make my life easier you know so I really appreciate that yeah ni F and do you sort of like the model that we've gone with paper like results driven model is that something that you know this is it I mean you know you this is what I like about you guys because you're quite flexible you've got that energy and you know there's always
I I mean I always tell my sales staff business is about relationship it's not about products it's not about the price it's about the relationship and you helped build that relationship you know I've been busy on on a personal there's a few illnesses my family I got caught up and you guys were patient you understood that and then as soon as I was free we we signed a deal and here we are working together so definitely yeah I love that and what would you say on average the deal size of each lead we're sort of bringing in at the minute oh it's amazing
I mean some of the deals are quite significant I mean I'm sure I don't want to discuss it with client names and stuff like that some of them are ranging from 250 Grand upwards I mean there's a one or two which are nearly hitting the million million pound mark But even the small ones don't get me wrong I mean I have a full team we cater for domestic the commercial and utility even the smaller ones you're looking at 30 40,000 which is an amazing return for what we're spending with you guys so I'm quite happy with that yeah brilliant and yeah in comparison
to sort of other services you know whether you work with other agencies sdrs I know a lot of people use other Platforms in the marketplace but what would you say you know comparing us to those you know where would we sit in terms of your sort of rankings well I mean like I said because you understood my business Not Just Me Myself you've been speaking to my team you know you you've set up a little WhatsApp group if my team members needed support you you know because obviously I can't do this all on my own I do have a whole team and everyone in
the team are very happy with you guys and what I also like is every now and then there's been a little bit of question there's been a question about the bookings and but you're there straight away you know instantly or or within five minutes which is better than most and comparing you guys to my other services like I said for me is you understood my brief we work in the commercial sector everyone's busy nobody has time we have to make time and this is how I like to operate as well nobody wants to spend money with everyone's happy with what they're doing you
know but we need to get in front of them you guys do that really well you give them the key points where you going to save money why should you be talking to us and that's what the response I get from the appointments as well so yeah you guys do a good job yeah I love that thank you and one final question would you recommend us to other installers obviously not UK we're giving everything we're giving everything to you in the UK because you can handle it all yeah I mean listen in the UK obviously I don't need to go anywhere else I want
all the business you know but listen you can't I mean I have a I have a policy as well if if I'm busy I will let you know there's only certain things we can handle but yeah of course listen I would recommend you guys all day long in fact I have another little other project which I'm doing because obviously we do I do energy brokerage and other things as well where I'm going to need some help but that's going to be another client for you guys under my brand which is brokering so I'm recommending to myself I see you guys as the
future you know you guys are young you've got a lot of energy and I hope we can both grow together you know as a business so yeah I'm looking forward to it and without a doubt I recommend you to other markets or other products because you guys have got you've got the right process and you've got the right attitude that's all you can ask for yeah yeah thank you very muche nice

Who Bgreenn are
Bgreenn works in the renewable sector, with clients ranging from domestic homes to utility-scale projects. Its founder has worked in renewables since around 2008 and the business has its own marketing team, agents and people on the road.
The situation
Because Bgreenn already had marketing in-house, its founder initially questioned whether to outsource. Its other lead sources often left something missing, such as an email address, who the contact was or where the building was, which meant going back with questions.
What TNW delivered
TNW spent time with Bgreenn's marketing and admin team to understand its internal process, set up a WhatsApp group so the whole team could get support, and books the meetings. Each lead arrives with the relevant information in the CRM, and questions about bookings are answered within about five minutes.
Some deals have been £250,000 and upwards, with one or two close to £1 million; even the smaller ones are £30,000 to £40,000, which he calls an excellent return on what Bgreenn spends with TNW. He also plans to use TNW for an energy brokerage project.
The model behind it is the same for every installer: TNW finds and qualifies the business, books the meeting into your diary and you pay per qualified, attended appointment, not per raw enquiry or a monthly retainer. Read how pay per appointment commercial solar leads work, or see the checks behind each booking in how to qualify commercial solar leads.
