Word for word from the video, with filler words such as “um” left out.
Tony, do you wanna sort of introduce yourself and your business? Yeah. I'm Tony Sinclair, managing director of TJS Solar. We operate in the residential and commercial sectors. Recently got in touch with TNW, I think it's only been about a month ago, hasn't it? Since when we met. Since then. You've. Yeah, you've been busy, you've done as a website and smashed out some, some good, solid leads.
What sort of sparked your interest in working with us in the first place? I think I came across you, Roman on LinkedIn. Yeah. And obviously the senior testimonials on, on your page. And then I think I, I just messaged you straight from there then, didn't I? And you know, what would you say the sort of quality of the leads that we're producing?
You are? Oh, a 10, 12. Yeah, no, I've been really good. Obviously we've wanted to started the campaign this week and sat meetings with NHS, which is massive and some upper couple of companies. I think three appointments this week in, in the first week of the campaign every appointment sat. So, yeah, no, no complaints whatsoever.
Lead quality, really strong. Brilliant. I'm gonna put that as a caption for the video now. Yeah, yeah, definitely. Yeah. I want, I want to just add something as well. Like we, we talk to a lot of customers that wanna potentially work with us and that work with us. And the main thing that we pushed as brand, because, you know, we wouldn't have been able to attract such a big name as the NHS.
If, you know, we couldn't get the website and all that sort of stuff done beforehand because, you know, it's an all encompassing message. You know, of course, first thing of website, wanna see what you've done before. Page loading speeds a massive one that people don't even think about. You know, attention spans are lower than a goldfish nowadays.
Yeah. So it's, it's, it's, it's a trust aspect, right? I mean, at the end of the day, these companies, their number one decision making aspect is risk. And if, and if they believe that you are low risk. A low risk company to work with, as in that you say you can do, you know, you do what you say you can do, then they're gonna be interested in you.
And I think from the outside you sort of managed to get that you know, yeah. The website's looking great, isn't it? I mean, like you said, the first thing they look at a prospect looks like is your website. So it's gotta be, it's gotta be on point, hasn't it? Yeah. So yeah, that's, that's, that's been good.
And hopefully those other four hospitals will be a nice, nice addition to the initial one that we managed getting booked in. Yeah, it's solid pipeline that isn't it mil millions of revenue in pipeline. Just have one lead. Yeah. Yeah, that's the thing with this sort of thing, that's the thing with commercial, like it's, you get one, you know that word of mouth carries for Yeah, it does.
Or you get years, you get one sustainability manager at a large company like that, and it, and it can take you, you know, to multiple locations. Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. What's what would you say is the sort of average deal value that we're bringing to the table at the minute based on, you know, the lead profiles that we're sending in for next week, and then what we've sent in already and, you know, conversations you've had, I'd say around averaging the three leads out, I'd say around 600 K.
What would you say you rate our, how, how well do you rate our model versus other agencies you've worked with? Other lead providers, we touched on this before, didn't mean I think the key thing that I like about your service is the direct communication line between us, the WhatsApp group. Obviously very responsive.
As soon as we put a message in there, you straight on it. Any issues straight on it. So that's been the best thing about working with you guys, in my opinion. It's like, it's like partnering with two of my mates and just sending a WhatsApp. How we doing on them leads, labs, and you bang a new lead. They're in the group, so.
Yeah. No, it's fantastic. We, we like to keep it easy with the, with the WhatsApp speed to lead, right? Yeah. Speed. I love, yeah. The, the speed in which you've, you've got the lead this week is, is quite remarkable really, you know, soon as you started the campaign to get three solid leads through, I guess four leads, isn't there four leads?
Yeah. You got, yeah, two booked already for next week. So if it starts as it means to go on, then yeah, it's gonna be a, a, a great partnership. All within the month of August as well, which is, yeah, typically everyone's complaining that it is the worst. The worst month, yeah. Yeah. All year. You know, just depends on who you're targeting, doesn't it?
Yeah. Not for TNW.
So my final question, would you recommend us to other sort of installers or, you know, manufacturers that are looking to take on this sort of service? Yeah, absolutely. A hundred percent. Yeah. If anyone's thinking about it, just, just go for it, you know? Our results have been evident in the first, first week of the campaign, so, yeah, I, I implore anyone to give it a go.
Yeah. Appreciate it mate. Nice on. Well, look, here's the next. The next.

Who TJS Solar are
TJS Solar works in the residential and commercial sectors. Tony Sinclair, its managing director, found Roman on LinkedIn, saw the client testimonials there and got in touch.
The situation
Before going after large organisations such as the NHS, TJS needed a brand and website that would stand up to scrutiny. As TNW puts it in the interview, a big buyer looks at your website first and wants to see a low-risk supplier that does what it says.
What TNW delivered
TNW delivered a full branding package, including a new website, and then started the lead campaign in August, a month many installers find quiet. In the first week every one of the three appointments sat, including a meeting with the NHS, with more booked for the following week. Tony estimated the early leads at around £600,000 each on average.
He says the best part of the service is the direct line through a shared WhatsApp group: messages are picked up straight away and any issue is dealt with immediately.
The model behind it is the same for every installer: TNW finds and qualifies the business, books the meeting into your diary and you pay per qualified, attended appointment, not per raw enquiry or a monthly retainer. Read how pay per appointment commercial solar leads work, or see the checks behind each booking in how to qualify commercial solar leads.
